Adobe's Education team exists to drive the long-term growth of Adobe's Creative and Document businesses. We lead Adobe's global marketing plans for Adobe Express and Creative Cloud into the Education industry, to empower all higher education students and staff with the skills vital for success, in school and beyond.

We spearheaded a 10-city roundtable series on the importance of Gen AI tools and career readiness in higher education, targeting a pipeline of 750K student seats from target accounts as well as a global education event that nearly doubled YoY attendance, drawing leaders from 11 countries.

These strategic initiatives contributed to 30% year-over-year revenue growth and high customer retention, delivering sustained revenue expansion and strong customer renewal performance that consistently exceeded average retention rates through customer-centric education marketing strategies.

Emplifi is the leading unified customer engagement platform that brings together marketing, commerce, and care to help businesses capture and keep the modern consumer with a digital and social-first approach. We managed Emplifi's events strategy and execution in North America and LATAM, including hosted events, industry trade shows, and webinars. Working with sales and leadership teams, we closely aligned events with brand identity and sales goals to create field marketing strategies that drive revenue and pipeline growth. We also managed the North America field marketing budget, timelines, and logistics for flawless experiences.

This comprehensive approach contributed to double-digit year-over-year revenue growth and high customer retention, delivering sustained revenue expansion and strong customer renewal performance that consistently exceeded industry-average retention rates through customer-centric field marketing strategies.

Oversaw the foundational event production strategy for the 2005 launch until 2007, establishing CONNECTIONS' presence in three key creative capitals: New York, London, and Paris..

Scholz & Friends Berlin

Scholz & Friends Berlin played a central and highly visible role in the European Parliament’s official campaign for the 2009 European Elections.

We planned, implemented, and managed a 25 million Euro budget for localized communication and multimedia campaign for the European Parliament election campaign 2009 in 27 member states, i.e., 30K billboards in 34 languages and 64 cities in 4 months.

Led first Europe-wide election campaign through Berlin Creative Agency, including campaign concept and design, pan-European adaptation, and media strategy. Achieved record voter turnout for the European Elections in 2009.

"Work here. Work better." For this one-of-a-kind boutique co-working space, we led comprehensive go-to-market strategy development and operational optimization during the pre-opening phase. Conducted strategic market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and developed data-driven market entry strategies that resulted in high-performing membership sales programs and exceptional occupancy rates. Led vendor system evaluations and technology assessments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery capabilities. Cultivated strategic business partnerships and designed comprehensive events programming to drive client engagement and revenue growth. Refined pricing models and go-to-market frameworks to optimize market positioning and accelerate business development initiatives.

My role encompassed developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, brand leadership, and full-scale implementation, delivering corporate communications from conception to execution. Key accomplishments included orchestrating the go-to-market launch event for a landmark 300+ unit residential development, managing the complete property rebrand initiative, and producing high-impact product launches alongside ongoing promotional events that drove market engagement and stakeholder investment.
